Design & Construction

We provide assurance for the Project Owner and Principal’s management team that contracts are delivered to Australian Standards and guided to successful completion of the works under the contract. We provide complete Contract Administration and Superintendent services for clients ranging from Government departments to private enterprises.

We provide certified designs, and construction certificates for Building Code of Australia (BCA) compliance including liaising with Building Surveyors and assessment against Australian Standards. We manage Engineering Design Approval and conditions for asset owners planning approval. Tender and construction phase engineering services including contractor queries, Request for Information, temporary works design, and change management.

We will develop the concepts, liaise with asset owners, property owners, manage stakeholders, and manage statutory approvals for new developments. Independent verification of Design and Construct, Quality Assurance Verifier (QAV), and hold point management services. We can work with the Principal or the Contractor, to maintain scope, quality and cost.

We work with port authorities, coastal local government and commercial organisations using our capabilities in maritime structures, coastal engineering and coastal zone management.
